Solution Overview
Targeting the electronic control system for automotive and domestic water/oil pumps, the solution covers the following chain: load power drive and auxiliary voltage regulation. Integrating multiple low-voltage SGT power MOSFETs and supporting power devices, it enables start/stop speed regulation of oil pumps, optimizing overall power consumption and improving operating stability and service life of oil pumps under high-/low-voltage conditions.
